By registering an account or placing an order on the Platform, you confirm that you have read and fully understood all terms outlined on this page. We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time; all modifications take effect immediately upon publication and supersede any prior agreements. To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction — whichever is higher. By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are registering on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating your account. Inaccurate or misleading information may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, violation of these terms, or conduct that may harm the Platform or other users.

All payments on smm.ist are processed in advance. When you make a deposit, the corresponding amount is credited to your smm.ist account balance, which can then be used to purchase any available service on the Platform. Deposited funds are credited exclusively as platform balance and are intended for use within smm.ist. Once a deposit is confirmed and credited to your account, the transaction is considered final. Account balances are non-transferable and may not be converted back to currency or moved to a third party. Prices for all services are subject to change without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from pricing adjustments. Fraudulent activity, including but not limited to the use of unauthorized, stolen, or compromised payment methods, will result in immediate and permanent account termination. We actively cooperate with payment partners and relevant authorities in identifying and reporting fraudulent transactions. There are no exceptions to this policy. Your smm.ist account balance does not expire and remains available for use as long as your account is in good standing.

All orders placed on smm.ist are processed automatically upon submission. Delivery timeframes shown on the Platform are estimates only and are provided for reference purposes. We do not guarantee specific delivery times for any service. Once an order has been submitted, it enters our processing queue and cannot be modified or withdrawn. Orders that are in-progress or completed are not eligible for cancellation. In the event that a service cannot be fully delivered due to a technical issue, a restriction on the target account, or circumstances outside our control, the undelivered portion will be credited back to your smm.ist account balance. This credit can be applied toward any future order on the Platform. Please note that accounts set to private at the time of order placement are not eligible for this credit, as service delivery requires a public account. Do not place duplicate orders for the same target until the original order has reached a status of Completed, Cancelled, or Partial. Duplicate orders will not be cancelled and will both be processed to completion. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of our services on third-party social media platforms, including but not limited to account restrictions, content removal, or platform-imposed penalties.

We take the privacy of our users seriously. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data. Information we collect: When you register or place an order, we collect information such as your name, email address, and payment details. We may also collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and usage patterns to improve Platform performance and security. How we use your information: Personal data collected is used solely to process your orders, manage your account, send transaction-related communications, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Data retention: We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting our support team, subject to any legal retention requirements. Your rights: Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us through the Platform's support system. Third-party processors: We work with trusted payment processors and infrastructure providers who may handle certain data on our behalf. These partners are contractually bound to process data only as instructed and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

smm.ist and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We are not affiliated with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter/X, Spotify, Telegram, LinkedIn, or any other social media platform. We are not responsible for any changes to third-party platform algorithms, policies, or terms of service that may affect the delivery or retention of services purchased on smm.ist. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform or services. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected to your use of smm.ist or your breach of these terms.

By using smm.ist, you agree not to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using unauthorized, stolen, or fraudulently obtained payment methods.
• Filing unjustified disputes or chargebacks.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or reverse-engineer the Platform.
• Promoting illegal or prohibited content.
• Impersonating the Company, its staff, or other users.
• Submitting false or misleading information.

We reserve the right to take any action deemed appropriate in response to prohibited use.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the regulations applicable to free zone entities operating under the International Free Zone Authority (IFZA), Dubai. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE. Before initiating any formal dispute, we encourage users to contact our support team to seek an amicable resolution. We are committed to addressing user concerns in good faith and within a reasonable timeframe. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
